SHIPPING POLICY
Peppr Beauty currently ships within Australia and New Zealand, delivering your order straight to your door with reliable standard and express shipping options.
We are actively working on expanding our shipping to select international destinations. Stay tuned for updates as we navigate cosmetic regulations to make our products available to more locations.
Processing & Delivery Times
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
- Standard Shipping (Australia): Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days, depending on your location.
- Express Shipping (Australia): Estimated delivery within 1-4 business days, depending on your location
- Standard Shipping (New Zealand): Estimated delivery within 5-10 business days.
Shipping Fees

Australia:
- Standard Shipping: $8 AUD Flat Rate.
- Express shipping: $12.50 AUD Flat Rate.
- Free Standard Shipping for orders over $90 AUD.

New Zealand:
- Standard Shipping: $15 AUD Flat Rate
Tracking & Address Accuracy
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please ensure your shipping details are entered correctly at checkout, as we are unable to make changes once your order has been dispatched.

RETURNS POLICY
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not currently accept returns or exchanges unless the product is faulty.
Faulty or Damaged Products
If you receive an item that appears to be faulty or damaged, please contact us at hello@pepprbeauty.com.au, send us a message on Instagram, or contact us on our Contact Form within 10 days of receiving your order.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos and/or videos of the issue
We will assess your request and arrange a replacement or refund on a case-by-case scenario.
🚨 Please note that if a refund brings your original order below the minimum required for any special offers (such as free shipping or bundle discounts), your refund may be adjusted to reflect the original pricing and/or shipping cost.
For example, if free shipping was applied because 4 or more items were purchased, but a refund brings the order below that, our standard shipping cost of $8 may be deducted from the refund total.
